CHECK SPEEDOMETER
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

  3. Turn the GTS on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List.

  5. Check the deflection width of the speedometer indicator.

CHECK TACHOMETER
  1. Connect a tune-up tachometer and start the engine.

  2. Compare the test results with the tachometer indicator.

CHECK METER/GAUGE
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Perform the Active Test (LandCruiser RM0000012G70JTX.html).

    OK:
    Each meter/gauge needle indication is normal.

CHECK WARNING/INDICATOR LIGHT
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Perform the Active Test (LandCruiser RM0000012G70JTX.html).

    OK:
    Each warning/indicator light can be turned on and off using the GTS.

CHECK MULTI-INFORMATION DISPLAY (for Analog Meter, Segment Display Type)
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Perform the Active Test (LandCruiser RM0000012G70JTX.html).

    OK:
    All segments in the multi-information display can be turned on and off using the GTS.

CHECK MULTI-INFORMATION DISPLAY (except Analog Meter, Segment Display Type)
  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  2. Perform the Active Test (LandCruiser RM0000012G70JTX.html).

    OK:
    All dots in the multi-information display can be turned on and off using the GTS.
