1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL


2. INSPECT FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Install the hub nuts to the disc.

  1. Using a dial indicator, measure the lower ball joint play while pushing the hub nuts up and down with a force of 294 N (30 kgf, 66 lbf).

    Standard:
    0.5 mm (0.0197 in.) or less
    If the joint play is not as specified, replace the lower arm sub-assembly.
