Front Bumper -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE |
Put protective tape around the radiator grille.

Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.
Detach the 6 claws and remove the radiator grille.
 |
| 2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER |
Remove the 3 clips and 6 screws.
 |
Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

Remove the 2 bolts, 2 screws and 5 clips.
Detach the 6 claws and remove the front bumper cover.
 |
w/ Fog Light:
Disconnect the 2 fog light connectors.
| 3. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Remove the 2 clips, 3 bolts and engine side cover.
 |
| 4. REMOVE ENGINE SIDE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION LH |
Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper reinforcement extension.
 |
| 6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT EXTENSION RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement.
 |
| 8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOUNTING BRACKET |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for both front bumper mounting brackets.
Remove the bolt and front bumper mounting bracket.
 |
| 9. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH |
Remove the 3 clips.
 |
Detach the claw and remove the radiator side deflector.
| 10. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 11. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER RETAINER BRACKET |
Remove the bolt and No. 2 front bumper retainer bracket.
 |
| 12. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT BUMPER RETAINER BRACKET |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the No. 2 front bumper retainer bracket.
| 13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH |
Remove the screw and bolt.
 |
Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support.
| 14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH |
