1. INSPECT SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. If there are any defects as mentioned below, replace the spiral cable with a new one:
    Scratches, cracks, dents or chips in the connector or spiral cable.

  1. Check the spiral cable.

    1. Set the spiral cable to the center position (HILUX_TGN26 RM0000010AZ00SX_02_0010.html).

    2. After setting the spiral cable to the center position, rotate the spiral cable 2.5 times counterclockwise, and measure the resistance as shown. Then rotate the spiral cable 5 times clockwise, and measure the resistance as shown.
