Ecm -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY |
| 2. REMOVE 4WD CONTROL ECU (for 4WD) |
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the bolt and 4WD control ECU.
 |
| 3. REMOVE TURBO MOTOR DRIVER (w/o Glow Plug Controller) |
Disconnect the connector.
 |
Remove the bolt and turbo motor driver.
| 4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL ECU (for Automatic Transmission) |
 |
Disconnect the 5 connectors.
Remove the 2 bolts and transmission control ECU.
| 5. REMOVE ECM |
w/ Glow Plug Controller:
Disconnect the 6 connectors.
w/o Glow Plug Controller:
Disconnect the 4 connectors.
Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and ECM.

| 6. REMOVE NO. 1 ECM BRACKET |
w/ Glow Plug Controller:
Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 ECM bracket.
 |
w/o Glow Plug Controller:
Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 ECM bracket.
 |
| 7. REMOVE NO. 2 ECM BRACKET |
Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 ECM bracket.
