  1. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR

  3. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY

Glow Plug (W/O Glow Plug Controller) -- Removal



1. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR

  1. Remove the nut and wire harness.

  1. Remove the 4 screw grommets, 4 nuts and glow plug connector.



3. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY


Hilux. Tgn26, 36 Kun25, 26, 35, 36 Ggn25

  1. Using a 12 mm deep socket wrench, remove the 4 glow plugs.
