DESCRIPTION
The IDs of each tire pressure warning valve and transmitter are registered to the tire pressure warning ECU.When the ECU detects that transmitter ID code is not registered in the ECU, a DTC is output.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
- NOTICE:
- When replacing the tire pressure warning ECU, read the transmitter IDs stored in the old ECU using the Techstream and write them down before removal.
- It is necessary to perform initialization (COROLLA_ZRE142 RM000000XMZ07PX.html) after registration (COROLLA_ZRE142 RM000000XN108OX.html) of the transmitter IDs into the tire pressure warning ECU if the ECU has been replaced.

Turn the ignition switch off.
Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Chassis / Tire Pressure Monitor / Data List.
Check the values by referring to the table below.

- When no "ID Tire Inflation Pressure" data has changed, reset the tire pressure to the appropriate specified value and rotate the tire 90 to 270 degrees. Then rapidly release the tire pressure and recheck it.
