DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU receives signals from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor via the CAN communication system.
The yaw rate sensor has a built-in acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the yaw rate and acceleration sensor, perform zero point calibration (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000000XHR03AX.html).
1.CHECK DTC
  1. Clear the DTCs (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000000XHV04YX.html).

  1. Start and idle the engine for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.

  1. Check if the same DTC is recorded (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000000XHV04YX.html).
