Accelerator Pedal

  1. Disconnect cable from negative battery terminal

  2. Remove instrument panel under cover sub-assembly no. 1 (for rhd)

  3. Remove accelerator pedal assembly

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO. 1 (for RHD)


Remove the 2 screws. Yaris

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove instrument panel undercover No. 1.



3. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY


Disconnect the accelerator pedal connector. Yaris

  1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal connector.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal.

    NOTICE:
    1. Do not drop or strike the accelerator pedal.
    2. Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal.
