Instrument Panel Safety Pad - Reassembly(2009/01 - 2010/08)

1. Install plasmacluster (w/ plasmacluster)

2. Install glove box light assembly

3. Install front passenger airbag assembly

4. Install navigation antenna assembly (w/ navigation system)

5. Install no. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly (for lhd)

6. Install no. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly (for rhd)

7. Install no. 2 heater to register duct

8. Install no. 3 heater to register duct

9. Install no. 1 heater to register duct

10. Install defroster nozzle assembly

11. Install side no. 2 defroster nozzle duct

12. Install side no. 1 defroster nozzle duct

1. Install the plasma cluster with the 2 screws.

   Torque:

   5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

1. Engage the 2 claws and install the glove box light.

1. Engage the 10 hooks and install the front passenger airbag assembly on the instrument panel safety pad assembly.

2. Install the 2 screws.

1. Install the navigation antenna assembly with the 2 screws.

2. Engage the 3 clamps.

1. Engage the 6 clamps and clip and install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
   

   
   
   
   

1. Engage the 6 clamps and clip and install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
   

   
   
   
   

1. Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws <F>.

1. Install the No. 3 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.

1. Install the No. 1 heater to register duct with the 3 screws <F>.

1. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws <F>.

1. Install the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.

1. Install the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct with the screw <F>.
