Instrument Panel Safety Pad - Disassembly(2009/01 - 2010/08)

1. Remove side no. 1 defroster nozzle duct

2. Remove side no. 2 defroster nozzle duct

3. Remove defroster nozzle assembly

4. Remove no. 1 heater to register duct

5. Remove no. 3 heater to register duct

6. Remove no. 2 heater to register duct

7. Remove no. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly (for lhd)

8. Remove no. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly (for rhd)

9. Remove navigation antenna assembly (w/ navigation system)

10. Remove front passenger airbag assembly

11. Remove glove box light assembly

12. Remove plasmacluster (w/ plasmacluster)

1. Remove the screw <F> and the side No. 1 defroster nozzle duct.

1. Remove the screw <F> and the side No. 2 defroster nozzle duct.

1. Remove the 3 screws <F> and the defroster nozzle assembly.

1. Remove the 3 screws <F> and the No. 1 heater to register duct.

1. Remove the 3 screws <F> and the No. 3 heater to register duct.

1. Remove the 2 screws <F> and the No. 2 heater to register duct.

1. Disengage the 6 clamps and clip and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
   

   
   
   
   

1. Disengage the 6 clamps and clip and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
   

   
   
   
   

1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

2. Remove the 2 screws and navigation antenna assembly.

1. Remove the 2 screws.

2. Disengage the 10 hooks and remove the front passenger airbag assembly from the instrument panel safety pad assembly.

1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the glove box light assembly.

1. Remove the 2 screws and plasmacluster.
