1. INSPECT STARTER RELAY ASSEMBLY
  1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.Standard resistance:Tester ConnectionSpecified Condition3 - 510 kΩ or higherBelow 1 Ω (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2) If the result is not as specified, replace the starter relay assembly. Camry

  2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Specified Condition
    3 - 5
    		10 kΩ or higher
    Below 1 Ω (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)
    If the result is not as specified, replace the starter relay assembly.
