Rear Sunshade Assembly - Removal(2010/08 - )

1. Remove rear seat cushion assembly

2. Remove rear seat headrest assembly

3. Remove rear center seat headrest assembly

4. Remove rear seatback cover

5. Remove separate type rear seatback assembly lh

6. Remove separate type rear seatback assembly rh

7. Remove center seatback assembly

8. Remove rear door scuff plate lh

9. Disconnect rear door opening trim weatherstrip lh

10. Remove rear door scuff plate rh

11. Disconnect rear door opening trim weatherstrip rh

12. Remove reclining remote control lever sub-assembly lh

13. Remove reclining remote control lever sub-assembly rh

14. Remove child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly lh

15. Disconnect rear seat inner with center belt assembly lh

16. Remove roof side inner garnish lh

17. Remove roof side inner garnish rh

18. Disconnect rear seat outer belt assembly (for lh side)

19. Disconnect rear seat outer belt assembly (for rh side)

20. Remove rear seat shoulder belt cover

21. Remove rear seat shoulder belt hole cover

22. Remove package tray trim panel assembly

23. Remove curtain rail end cap lh

24. Remove curtain rail end cap rh

25. Remove rear window shade assembly

1. Detach the 2 front hooks of the seat cushion from the vehicle body.

   NOTICE:

   Follow the instructions below carefully as the cushion frame can be deformed easily.

   
   

   1. Choose a hook to detach first. Place your hands near the hook as shown in the illustration. Then lift the seat cushion to detach the hook.

   2. Repeat the step above for the other hook.

2. Remove the seat cushion.

1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the 2 rear seatback covers.

   NOTICE:

   1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
      
   2. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
      

1. Separate the 2 rear seat belts.

2. Disengage the 3 clamps and then separate the cover.

3. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts and separate type rear seatback assembly LH.

1. Separate the rear seat belt.

2. Disengage the 3 clamps and then separate the cover.

3. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts and separate type rear seatback assembly RH.

1. Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback assembly.

1. Disengage the 5 claws and 2 clips, and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

1. Remove the bolt.

2. Disengage the 2 clips and the claw and then separate the reclining remote control lever sub-assembly.

3. Separate the rear seat reclining control cable and remove the reclining remote control lever sub-assembly.

HINT:

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

1. Remove the 2 nuts and child restraint seat anchor bracket sub-assembly.

1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH.

1. Disengage the 5 clips and 2 claws, and remove the roof side inner garnish LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat outer belt assembly.

1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor end of the rear seat outer belt assembly.

1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

   HINT:

   1. Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
      
   2. Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
      

1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

   HINT:

   Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

1. Disconnect the connector.

2. Disengage the 4 clips and the 5 claws.

3. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the package tray trim panel assembly then remove the package tray trim panel assembly.

1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the curtain rail end cap LH.

HINT:

Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.

1. Remove the rear window shade assembly as shown in the illustration.
