  1. Install luggage compartment door torsion bar support

  2. Install luggage door hinge torsion bar lh

  6. Install rear floor finish plate

  7. Install no. 1 luggage compartment trim hook

  8. Install luggage compartment side tray assembly

  9. Install spare wheel cover assembly

  10. Install spare wheel cover clamp

  11. Install luggage compartment floor mat

HINT:
After installing the torsion bar, use your hand to open and close the luggage door. Make sure the luggage door can open and close smoothly.


1. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR TORSION BAR SUPPORT
  1. Install the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration. Camry

  2. Install the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.



2. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR LH
  1. Set the tip of the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH in the center installation hole. The upper and lower installation holes are used for adjustment. Camry

  2. Set the tip of the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH in the center installation hole. The upper and lower installation holes are used for adjustment.

  1. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration. Camry

  2. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

  1. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration. Camry

  2. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

  1. Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage door hinge and the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.SST09804-24010 Camry

  2. Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar LH to the luggage door hinge and the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR HINGE TORSION BAR RH
  1. Set the tip of the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH in the center installation hole. The upper and lower installation holes are used for adjustment. Camry

  1. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the left side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration. Camry

  1. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration. Camry

  2. Connect the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage compartment door torsion bar support as shown in the illustration.

  1. Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage door hinge and the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.SST09804-24010 Camry

  2. Using SST, install the luggage door hinge torsion bar RH to the luggage door hinge and the right side of the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER LH
  1. Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover LH with the 2 clips. Camry

  2. Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover LH with the 2 clips.



5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT INNER TRIM COVER RH
  1. Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH with the 2 clips. Camry

  2. Install the luggage compartment inner trim cover RH with the 2 clips.



6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
  1. Engage the 7 clips and install the rear floor finish plate. Camry

  2. Engage the 7 clips and install the rear floor finish plate.



7. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
  1. Install the 2 No. 1 luggage compartment trim hooks with the 2 screws. Camry

  2. Install the 2 No. 1 luggage compartment trim hooks with the 2 screws.



8. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRAY ASSEMBLY
  1. Engage the clip and install the luggage compartment side tray assembly. Camry

  2. Engage the clip and install the luggage compartment side tray assembly.

  1. Install the bolt.



9. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY


10. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER CLAMP


11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
